Customer Rewards & Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Prestige Pest Solutions Customer Rewards & Referral Program rewards active customers for supporting our business through referrals, reviews, and social engagement.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be active customers in good standing.

  • Accounts must be current with no outstanding past-due balance.

  • Rewards apply only to customers with active service agreements.

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Prestige Pest Solutions are not eligible.

3. Customer Engagement Credits

Google Review – $15 Credit (Quarterly Eligible)

  • Customers may receive a $15 credit toward their next monthly bill for leaving a Google review.

  • Eligible once per calendar quarter (maximum 4 times per calendar year).

  • Each review must reflect a new and honest customer experience.

  • Review must remain publicly visible for at least 30 days.

  • Prestige Pest Solutions reserves the right to deny duplicate or fraudulent submissions.

Yelp Review – $10 Credit (One-Time Only)

  • Customers may receive a $10 credit toward their next monthly bill for leaving a Yelp review.

  • Limit one (1) Yelp review credit per customer account for the lifetime of participation in the Program.

  • Review must remain publicly visible for at least 30 days.

Facebook Follow or Review – $5 Credit (One-Time Only)

  • Customers may receive a $5 credit toward their next monthly bill for following our official Facebook page and leaving a Facebook review.

  • Limit one (1) Facebook credit per customer account.

  • Must remain publicly visible (if review-based) for at least 30 days.

Review Policy Disclosure

  • Rewards are offered for submitting a review, not for leaving a positive review.

  • Prestige Pest Solutions does not require a specific rating or favorable feedback.

  • Reviews must reflect honest customer experiences.

  • The Company reserves the right to deny credit for reviews that violate platform policies, are removed, or are determined to be fraudulent.

4. Referral Rewards

A referred customer must:

  • Be a new customer who has never previously used Prestige Pest Solutions.

  • Mention the referrer’s name at time of booking.

  • Complete their first paid service.

  • Submit full payment.

Credits are issued only after payment is confirmed.

Residential Recurring Referral

Refer a new recurring residential customer and receive:

One (1) Free Monthly Service Bill

  • Applies only to the referring customer’s standard monthly recurring service.

  • Credit value cannot exceed the referring customer’s normal monthly rate.

  • No cash value.

Commercial Referral

Refer a new recurring commercial account and receive:

One (1) Free Quarterly Service Bill

  • Credit applies to the referring customer’s next quarterly invoice.

  • Maximum value equals the referring customer’s standard quarterly rate.

  • No cash alternative.

One-Time Service Referral

Refer a new one-time service customer and receive:

$25 Credit Toward Your Next Service

  • Applies to future services only.

  • Issued after completion and payment of the referred service.

5. Annual Credit Maximum

  • Total rewards and credits are capped at $500 per customer per calendar year (January 1 – December 31).

  • If a customer earns credits exceeding the $500 annual limit, the excess amount will automatically roll over and apply toward the next calendar year.

  • Rollover credits remain subject to all Program terms and conditions.

6. Credit Use & Limitations

  • Credits apply to future invoices only.

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Credits are non-transferable.

  • Credits cannot be applied to past invoices.

  • Credits may not exceed the total amount of the invoice.

  • Unused invoice balances do not carry forward beyond the credit amount applied.

  • Accounts must remain active and in good standing to redeem credits.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

Prestige Pest Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Deny or revoke credits for suspected abuse or manipulation.

  • Disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent referrals.

  • Deny self-referrals.

  • Deny referrals within the same household, ownership structure, or related entities.

  • Reverse credits if a referred customer cancels service within 30 days or requests a refund.

8. Expiration

Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance unless rolled over under the annual cap provision. Expired credits will not be reinstated.

9. Program Modifications

Prestige Pest Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Modify reward values

  • Change eligibility rules

  • Suspend or terminate the Program at any time

Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect previously issued credits.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prestige Pest Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Platform removal of reviews

  • Third-party policy changes

  • Incorrect referral information

  • Technical tracking issues

11. Acceptance

Participation in this Program confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
