By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Prestige Pest Solutions, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: You authorize Prestige Pest Solutions to send automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) to the mobile number provided. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, billing notifications, and promotional offers.

  • Opt-In: You may opt-in by checking a box on our contact forms, through a written agreement, or by texting a keyword to our business number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services (e.g., appointment reminders are sent near your service date).

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, NY.
